We want you to be completely satisfied with your Maison Close purchase; therefore, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygiene seals intact within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for health and safety reasons, certain intimate apparel cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.

Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.
